By accessing or using Token Launch Platform ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

This Platform is an information and marketing platform only. We:

• DO NOT sell, offer, or promote investment products
• DO NOT custody or handle any funds or cryptocurrencies
• DO NOT provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice
• DO NOT execute transactions on behalf of users
• DO provide information about utility token projects
• DO allow project owners to list their projects
• DO facilitate interest registration for marketing purposes

By using this Platform, you agree to:

• Eligibility: You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts
• Accuracy: Provide truthful and accurate information when registering
• Security: Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Research: Conduct your own due diligence before participating in any project
• Risk Understanding: Understand the risks of cryptocurrency investments

You may NOT:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities or fraud
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions without permission
• Use the Platform if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

IMPORTANT: We do NOT custody, hold, or control any funds or cryptocurrencies.

• All transactions are made directly to project smart contracts on the blockchain
• We have NO access to funds sent to smart contracts
• We CANNOT reverse, refund, or recover transactions
• You are solely responsible for verifying contract addresses
• Double-check addresses before sending - blockchain transactions are irreversible

Projects listed on this Platform:

• Are submitted by project owners or third parties
• Have NOT been verified, audited, or endorsed by us
• May contain inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information
• Are solely the responsibility of the project owners

We reserve the right to remove any project listing at any time without notice or explanation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for any losses, damages, or theft of funds
• We are NOT responsible for project failures, scams, or rug pulls
• We are NOT liable for smart contract bugs, hacks, or exploits
• We are NOT responsible for delays, downtime, or technical issues
• We are NOT liable for inaccurate information provided by projects
• Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed £100 GBP or the fees you paid us (whichever is greater).

All content on this Platform (text, logos, designs, code) is owned by us or licensed to us.

• You may NOT copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Project information and logos belong to respective project owners
• You grant us a license to use content you submit (e.g., interest registrations)

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Arbitration (Optional): Parties may agree to binding arbitration before litigation.

TokenIQ is NOT FCA-regulated. This Platform operates as an information-only service:
